Webinar | Net Zero and valuation

07 July 2021 14:00 - 15:00

The transition to net zero will fundamentally change asset valuations as investors are seeking to avoid stranded assets. To date, sustainability has had little impact on real estate valuations despite a common assumption that there is a significant connection between the two. One of the reasons it has been challenging for valuations to take sustainability into account is that valuations predominantly consider historical trends, however sustainability focuses on future risks.

Join us for a webinar with Carbon Intelligence on 7 July to explore the importance of net zero and asset valuations and the likely affect this will have over the coming years for investors as well as to asset owners.

The panel will discuss what real estate investors might now expect to see being put into place over the coming months and years by valuers and how this will start to impact the valuation of real estate assets and what this will mean for asset investment decisions.
