M7 Real Estate Ltd chief executive Richard Croft speaks to Proactive ahead of the listing of single asset company BWP REIT on the UK's International Property Securities Exchange (IPSX) on 27 October 2022.
Bridgewater Place House is Leeds' tallest building and is home to professional services group EY as well as international law firms DWF and Eversheds.
M7 is seeking to raise £35mln (€40mln) from the IPO, which follows the listing of the Mailbox REIT PLC in May 2021.
Croft also spoke about M7 Real Estate's move into EV charging and discussed the wider outlook for commercial property.
