Michael Higgins

Chairman

Michael is currently a Non-Executive Director of The Dental Management Partners Limited and has interests in a number of other private companies. He is an alternate member of the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers, on behalf of the Quoted Companies Alliance. He is a past Chairman of the QCA and of Ebiquity plc and was until recently a Non-Executive Director of Progility Limited. He was previously a Non-Executive Director of Plant Health Care plc and Premier Technical Services Group plc. Prior to that, he was a Partner and Senior Adviser at KPMG and a Director of Charterhouse Bank. Michael qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse.
