Imogen has a background in fintech and the energy commodities markets. She was formerly President of two companies within the S&P Global Group and Executive Director at the London Stock Exchange Group. She now holds a portfolio of non-executive positions within listed data and software businesses, as well as holding a seat on the board of a professional services firm.
