Mike is a board director of IPSX UK and is responsible for overseeing the financial performance and governance of the IPSX Group. CIMA qualified, accompanied by an MBA with Distinction, Mike has over 20 years of financial and commercial management experience encompassing M&A activities, debt and equity fund raising and investor relations across predominantly FCA regulated businesses in private equity, financial services and real estate. Mike has held a number of roles including with Octopus Group, where he spent over 11 years, Baring Asset Management and UBS Investment Bank. Since leaving Octopus in September 2018, Mike provided interim CFO and Finance Director consultancy services to a range of start-ups and SMEs, before subsequently joining IPSX.
