Jonathan Baines is a Senior Advisor to IPSX’s Capital Markets Team with the aim to grow the stock exchange’s network of Sovereign Wealth Funds, institutional investors, family offices and private investors in the UK and Europe. Jonathan has worked with a number of real estate investment and fund management firms across his forty-year career, including 16 years at Cushman & Wakefield, followed by The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, Colliers International, and the London International Investment Office. He has acted as an adviser to global institutions, Sovereign Wealth Funds, institutional investors, High Net Worth Individuals and Family Offices on all aspects relating to investing in commercial and residential real estate in London, the UK and Europe.
