Richard has over 30 years of investment banking experience, including several senior managerial roles in equity trading at Merrill Lynch and Barclays Capital and as Head of Pan-European Equity Trading at Citigroup and Nomura. Most recently, as Head of Execution Services at Panmure Gordon, he was responsible for overseeing daily trading activities and managed numerous projects designed to enhance the firm’s trading architecture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational efficiencies. Having also managed platform and execution technology development for a CFD provider and a cross-asset hedge fund, he brings extensive experience in portfolio management, risk, and strategy, as well as a detailed knowledge of execution services and infrastructure across multiple business lines.
